Welcome to the S&S Activewear systems transition page! You will find all the information you need on this page relating to the website and system conversion from TSF Sportswear to the S&S Activewear systems, including ssactivewear.com. During the transition period over the next 2-4 weeks, we will be providing new information in the Latest Updates and Information section each week. Please refer to the Latest Updates and Information section daily and all the other information as your primary resource during this transition. Please remember that this page is for INTERNAL USE ONLY and not to be shared externally with customers.

General Overview

  • Congratulations! You made it - We have officially transitioned to ssactivewear.com!

    Please ensure you have made your S&S your primary email as the sending capabilities for the TSF email addresses have been disabled. You will still receive emails on the TSF account and be able to access your history.

    Thank you for everyone’s hard work and commitment to this transition over the past few weeks. We know a significant amount of work goes into a project like this, and we very much appreciate the dedication you’ve shown to our customers, team, and organization.

  • Good morning,

    To support our system transition this weekend, we will be requiring all Will Call/Pick Up orders (including Pompano Beach, FL) to be picked up by 5:00 PM EST on Thursday, April 28th.

    Any orders that have not been picked-up will be cancelled.

  • Good morning,

    Welcome to another week and a huge thank you for all your hard work and participation. We are looking forward to another training-packed week filled with transition updates.

    Our customers may be asking questions or need clarification about the transition, we have listed a few below to help address their concerns. You can always find these in the FAQ section of this landing page for reference.

    1.) Will I still receive credit terms at S&S Activewear?
    For our customers with Net terms, the terms will remain on your account at S&S Activewear. The information on your account including limit, terms, and payment history will all migrate over to our system. Rest assured our credit representatives are monitoring your account to ensure a smooth and streamlined transition.

    2.) I already have an S&S Activewear account with a credit limit. Will my credit limit be double?
    For our customers with Net terms, the limit on your accounts at both S&S and TSF will be reviewed by our highly trained credit team and we will partner with your organization to provide the best possible scenario for everyone involved. We may reach out to you for additional information or questions should we need any clarification on your account limits.

    3.) Where do I send my return?
    Returns should be sent back to the address as listed on the RA invoice you received. Please note that we will check in all inventories at the location of the return and provide credit once the goods have been added back into inventory. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be issued to your account or original form of payment.

    4.) How can I place a backorder for my goods?
    Our apologies, but S&S does not currently have an automatic backorder system. To place any order, the items must be in-stock. We do offer a notification feature for items that are currently out of stock. Your email address has been added for the out-of-stock product(s). When the item is restocked & available for purchase, you will receive a notification with a link to that product page.

    Please note: this notification only signifies when inventory has arrived; it does not hold the inventory. The inventory is available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis.

    We are well on our way to transition! We’ve covered our S&S Activewear CORP site overview, the details of our order entry and product finder as well as an overview of the S&S Activewear policies and procedures. You’ve asked fantastic questions and we are excited as we near the final stages of our transition.

    As we continue to work through this week’s training, we are also educating our customers on the new features available to them with the website and account transition to S&S Activewear. In the Customer Landing Page, we offer information on how to best navigate the website, how to access our out-of-the-park customer service, and the multiple marketing tools available at the click of a button.

  • Good morning,

    We will begin our Contact Center training on Monday, April 18th. This will encompass Customer Service and Credit training including a system and website overview with a walk-through of guidelines, policies, and procedures.

    All training will happen virtually and will be split into morning and afternoon sessions to accommodate for time zones and varying shifts. If you have not received an invitation for your training session, please contact your manager for additional details.

    We look forward to this next phase in learning and development here at S&S Activewear.

  • Over the weekend of April 29th, we will be transitioning the TSF website to the S&S Activewear system. At the time of transition, all customers will receive an email from [email protected] with instructions on how to set up a new password for their S&S account. Their login will be the same email from their TSF account.

    Please remind your customers to check their Spam/Junk folders if they don’t see this email in their Inbox. All customer account information and order history going back to May 2019 will be transferred to the new S&S system as well.

  • This week our customers will be receiving notifications regarding Will Call deadlines and Backorder transitions.

    Please note the final day to PLACE a Will Call order for pick up is April 13th. All orders not picked up by April 15th at 5:00 pm local time will be shipped to the customer's address of record.

    As we transition to the S&S CORP site system, we will be unable to support a backorder process. Customers have received notification that all outstanding backorders should be placed, or customers can choose the option to be notified when the stock comes in and is available for purchase on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will be reviewing and cleaning up outstanding backorders in the next few weeks to ensure all backorders are placed or canceled by April 20th.

    We will be reviewing the Will Call and Backorder procedures in our training next week. Thank you for all of your efforts and assistance in these matters - have a great day!

  • Before the TSF website transition, you will be receiving access to your new ssactivewear.com email through Outlook. If you haven’t received access already, our IT team will visit in person or utilize a screen share to set up your account. You will receive a new password for your ssactivewear.com email account during the setup process.

    Once the new ssactivewear.com account is set up, both email accounts will receive incoming emails. After the switch, we will instruct you on how to change the default email account to the ssactivewear.com email. At this time, the IT team will also disable sending capabilities on the TSF email. Please note that you will still receive emails on the TSF account after the transition and be able to access your history.

    After the switch, we will be providing you with a new email signature for your new ssactivewear.com account. Should you have any email-related questions during the transition, please reach out to your department lead for additional information and instructions.

  • As part of the new integration with S&S Activewear, we will be transitioning the TSF website and backend to S&S's systems. We are targeting an official cut-over of all our systems on the weekend of April 29th.

    Over the next few weeks, you will receive detailed training regarding the upcoming system transition and updated policies and procedures. In the next week or two, you will be receiving access to your new S&S email address. Please continue to monitor your TSF email until that point for any other updates and this landing page for any further information.

Using The S&S Website

Set Up A New Customer/Web User Account

  • On the Customer site, they will have to click on the « SIGN UP » button.

    On the CSR’s screen, you will need to click on the « New customer » button located at the top right of the screen.

    When setting up a new customer or helping a customer set up their new account, don’t forget to make sure that this person is someone we can sell to.

    Customers will have to enter the same information as you to create their account.

    They will have to go through 4 steps:

    Company information

    User information (this person will be the admin of the account)

    Accept terms and conditions

    Email Verification


    If a current customer is looking for a new web user account, he has to provide his customer number and company information in the registration form. Our system will recognize the customer account and prompt them to complete the new web user information.

  • Let the customer know that they will be receiving an email that explains to them the terms and other benefits of the company.

    Many people are wary of new emails, or have filters that will send our emails to spam or trash folders. Alert the customer to be on the look for out an email with the following information.

  • We now give our customers access to a generic website - Sportswear Collection (one version with pricing and another one without). Customers also have the option to customize their own version of the generic websites by adding their logo and business information. Simply select from several eye-catching website templates that we’ll personalize to your business in a few short steps.

    Create your own virtual mockups in a matter of minutes with our Virtual Designer tool. Access the tool from any of the product pages and make the products your own with your designs. Download or easily share mockups with your customers through email.

  • Customers now have the ability to download images directly from our image library.

    Access to all of our product data available through our API in an Excel file, including inventory and pricing. The data is generated on demand, to ensure the most up to date information.
