How do I place an order that ships to a CDN partner and receive free ground freight?

Place your order the same way you always do and use the correct address of the CDN partner as the ship-to address. You will see a message that says to confirm you entered the address correctly. Once you input the address of one of our CDN partners, you should see a message confirming you'll be receiving free shipping for all primary shipping methods.

Do all products qualify for free ground freight to CDN partners?

All orders with products stocked in S&S warehouses will qualify for free ground freight.
**However, on product pages, any inventory quantities underlined in orange are not stocked in S&S warehouses and are dropship items only carried in our mill partners' warehouses. These products DO NOT qualify for free ground freight to our CDN partners.

Is the same-day shipping cutoff time the same?

Yes, orders placed before the daily cutoff time listed for that S&S distribution center will ship the same business day.
