Important Company Updates - March 30, 2020

Below you will find the S&S Activewear COVID-19 SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).

Current Status - Non-Essential Travel:

  • All nonessential corporate business travel throught the first week of May has already been cancelled through Tower Travel.

Current Status - US Locations:

  • Will Call – Closed at all locations until further notice.
  • Bolingbrook - Work-from-home implemented until further notice. Please follow the direction of your manager.
  • Ft. Worth - All employees report to work as usual.
  • Lockport - All employees report to work as usual.
  • McDonough - All employees report to work as usual.
  • Olathe - All employees report to work as usual.
  • Reno - All employees report to work as usual.
  • Robbinsville Office - Work-from-home implemented until further notice. Please follow the direction of your manager.
  • Robbinsville Warehouse - All employees report to work as usual.
  • Tempe - Please follow the direction of your manager, and unless told otherwise, report to work as usual.

Current Status - Canada Locations:

  • Pick Up – Closed at all locations until further notice.
  • Montreal Office - Work-from-home implemented until further notice. Please follow the direction of your manager.
  • Montreal Warehouse - All employees report to work as usual.

  • Moncton – All employees report to work as usual.

Travel

  • Recent Travel

    If you traveled outside of the US on business or vacation since March 6, 2020, you need to work from home for the next 2 weeks. This includes all levels of management. We will advise if this policy changes.

  • Sales Meetings

    Effective Monday, March 16, 2020, Outside Sales will work exclusively from home offices until further notice. Any scheduled meetings in the next 2 weeks should be cancelled and no new meetings should be scheduled until further notice.

  • Non-Essential Travel

    All nonessential corporate business travel throught the first week of May has already been cancelled through Tower Travel. We also ask that you refrain from having outside visitors at all of our locations during this time. Please set up phone or online conferencing with clients or other business units to replace the in-person meetings, if possible. Please make sure your manager knows the status of all meetings cancelled due to this temporary suspension.

  • Essential Travel

    Essential business travel should be limited to those situations where business cannot reasonably be conducted without face-to-face interaction or visits to specific locations. Your manager must approve all travel (including trips that were previously approved) until further notice.

Safe Hygiene Practice

  • Do's and Dont's

    We ask all employees to cooperate in taking steps to reduce the transmission of communicable diseases in the workplace. Employees are reminded of the following:

    • Stay home when you are sick.
    • Wash your hands frequently with warm, soapy water for at least 20 seconds.
    • Cover your mouth with tissues whenever you sneeze, and discard used tissues in the trash.
    • Avoid people who are sick with respiratory symptoms.
    • Clean frequently touched surfaces.
    • Employees are encouraged to use telephone and video conferencing instead of face-to-face meetings as much as possible during this time.
